Healing and Trust - Wisdom Leading to Joy, Inner-standing of Spirituality
Openness—prudent openness—facilitates healing. Closing off our energetic field results in stagnation and illness. Deep in our subconscious lies our “root energy,” underneath buried emotions, beliefs, and sensory information. Our root energy is the seat of our individual will; it allows us to act. Any illness or injury has an energetic root inside our own root energy. Trust is opening our root energy. When we trust, we can release the energetic root of an illness along with any associated resentment. This opening is necessary for healing. Joy and enjoyment facilitate this opening.
